Magnificent mountain ranch located on the continental divide. This sanctuary is surrounded on 3 sides by national forest. One of the largest contiguous tracts of deeded land within New Mexico's Game Management Unit 10 Core Occupied Elk Range. This region contains the world class Zuni Elk Herd. The ranch comes with allocations of permits for Elk, Bear, Mountain Lion and Deer.
The ranch ranges in elevation from 7100' with juniper and cedar to 8600' with ponderosa pine, fir and aspen. The Zuni river headwaters on the ranch and there are numerous limestone springs and ponds scattered throughout the property. The main lodge has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry room and a massive great room and kitchen. The loft can accommodate additional sleeping area. There is also an outfitters camp with accommodations a short distance away.
