Phase I consists of:

Unit #107, a partially completed 1,818 square foot 2 or 3-bedroom, 2 ½ bath townhouse condominium with one-car garage. This unit is part of an existing fourplex building. The interior has been framed and is weather-tight.

Units #109 - #116, cleared sites for two fourplex buildings with all infrastructure, including under-ground utilities. A concrete foundation is in place for units #113-#116 but its condition should be independently verified with the Hooksett Building Department.
