Metamora Country Club a semi-private, 18 hole golf course founded in 1990. Metamora is a small community in Lapeer county, between the cities of Lapeer and Lake Orion. Picturesque Metamora Country Club is located on the east side of Lapeer Road (M-24) between Brocker Road and Brauer Road.

86 Entitled Lots on 63.41 Acres

This phase consists of 86 unimproved lots averaging 105' wide and 200' deep on 63.41 acres. Final engineering is complete with all Township approvals. All units will require individual wells. All units will have a gravity sewer system to two lift stations which will pump the sewage to the wastewater treatment plant. All units in this Phase back up to the golf course or wooded areas except for lot 57 and 58.
