The Ionia Auto Wash is a 4 bay self serve wash with a single In Bay Automatic wash. A self serve wash for more than 30 years, the site was rebuilt in 2005 including all new roofing and trusses, new electric service, bay walls and all new equipment. The wash was built out with Mark VII equipment including a Mark VII Aquajet automatic touch free with on board dryers, 12 position Mark VII coin boxes with LED display and all new pump room equipment. The pump room houses the Reverse Osmosis system for spot free rinse, Weep Miser for winter weep water and water softener system along with the Mark VII equipment and the boiler and floor heat systems. A total of 4 vacuums are on the two vacuum islands and features Adams branded units, 2 vacuum and 2 vacuum and shampoo. All equipment is regularly service including CAT pump oil changes.
The vending area has 2 drop tray vendors and 2 bill changers. A closed circuit camera system with remote monitoring ability covers all the bays and entrance to the automatic bay.
The automatic wash has a Hamilton entrance system with credit card acceptance.
