• Year Built: 1996

(2) 12 ½-ton bridge cranes with 100’ span/20’ underhook in the north bay; (2) 6-ton bridge cranes/20’ underhook in the south bay. Inside concrete floors are 8” fiber reinforced in the south bay and wire mesh reinforced in the north bay. Concrete floor in the south storage area is rated F-50 for flatness. Outside concrete areas are 8” reinforced welded wire mesh. Fire suppression system is rated ordinary hazard level II. Plant heating consists of radiant tubular Co-Ray-Vac gas-fired system in the southerly bay. Northerly manufacturing area consists of gas-fired air rotation units.
Roof is a Butler MR-24 roof system featuring 6” of insulation with an R-Value of 19(comprising the best standing seam roof system available). Outer walls of the plant are 2” thick insulated metal sandwich panels with an insulation rating of R-17. Initially built in 1996; southerly bay added in 1998.
