The property is the former Boot and Coots facility that was then purchased and used by Halliburton. It consists of six (6) total lots that make up the 6.5 – 6.9 acre site (still waiting on size verification). There are seven buildings in total on the site and approximately 90% of the parcel is concrete and stabilized. The front main office is two stories and the approximate size of all the other buildings are noted on one of the attachments.
