The five commercial lots can accommodate a maximum of 19,500 SF of buildings with a variety of uses, including general office, some medical office, and up to 1,500 SF of retail. There development has 105 planned parking spaces, 65 of which are designated for the commercial buildings fronting on Tyler Street. The interior can be built to the owner's specifications. The common areas which include the parking lots and grassy areas shall be maintained by the Townhome Association. Everything is fee simple ownership under a Townhome Regime.
