Pratt is AmericaÕs fifth largest corrugated packaging company and the worldÕs largest, privately-held 100% recycled paper and packaging company. ILC is a joint venture between Taylor & Mathis and Lion Industrial Trust, a private REIT managed by Clarion Partners.
