DenverŐs climate also offers data center users the ability to utilize a significant amount of free cooling. The Stream Private Data Center development in Denver is a single story, 29,500 square foot building containing 10,000 square feet of raised floor data center space built-out in a 2N electrical / N+1 mechanical configuration. The data center offers built-out, commissioned data center space to users needing immediate occupancy for the expansion or relocation of IT equipment and associated infrastructure. The power and cooling Infrastructure has been designed, engineered and constructed with conduit in place to expand the critical load capacity to more than 1.1 megawatts.
