Head East on Highway 18, PIQ is between Paramount Rd & Buttonwood St. The High Desert is now the future home of the recently approved High Speed Train from Apple Valley to Las Vegas, including their Maintenance Facilities. This project is expected to break ground in the Victor Valley during 2020, and be completed in 2023. Over the course of the next three years, the project is expected to bring in over 10,000 jobs, increase housing needs, and boost the economy of the High Desert.
