This is THE concept space of all spaces. 11,200sf with soaring trusses and brick walls is awash in sunlight during the day from skylights. The 7th Street entrance presents the restaurant, bar, cafe, and retail spaces. The private drive entrance presents the creative office, gallery, retail, and production space. Both sides access the dedicated event space. There is no limitation on the number of events.
