Carle at the Fields is a 210-acre development in southwest Champaign at the northwest quadrant of I-57 and Curtis Road. The project is anchored by Carle and Health Alliance, who will initially occupy a 300,000 square foot building with 1,400 employees.
Fields South is the project’s main arterial street, and connects from the future signalized intersection at Curtis Road through to Windsor Road. The 300,000 SF office project will be completed, and construction will begin on two medical office buildings and a Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in 2017 totaling 200,000 SF. Initial commitments include a Hampton Inn & Suites and two mixed-use retail buildings with 56 apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Opportunities remain for a restaurant, convenient and fuel station, and other service providers.
