Moving spaces triggers are series of printing needs.  First off, you are going to announce your move to customers and business partners.  Don’t forget new business cards,  changes to stationary and promotional materials, plus any signage at your new location.  Printing can be done quickly, but allow 3 weeks so the job is not rushed.

• Let a graphic designer know how many move announcements you need to send out. Having a sample of an announcement you would like to replicate will speed the process.
• Get organized in advance. Having a clean mailing list, digital images of your logo, and a clear deadline will save valuable design time.
• Create a file showing all personnel needing new business cards. Get all cards printed at the same time to get the best pricing.
