General Contractors

Whether you are building your dream space of just moving a few walls, the work required will often require several different trades.   A general contractor will coordinate all subcontractors and give you a central point of contact and control.  

Keys to a QuickMove:

• Know your starting point: is your space being delivered on a “shell & core” basis or are you just upgrading finishes and moving some partition walls?
• Have a clear understanding of what your lease provides:  do you have a tenant improvement allowance and are there any restrictions on when and how work can be done?
• Ask your landlord for a list of preferred contractors – they may be best positioned to get the work done quickly.
