If your space needs significant modification to meet your needs, an Architect should be your one of your first phone calls.  In addition to helping you maximize your use of space, an architect or interior designer can help you convey your brand to visitors and staff alike.

• Consider the length of your lease & the importance of design.  Will you be there long enough to justify an investment that can’t move with you in the future?
• Keep a file of images that show spaces you wish to emulate –review this file with your architect to explain what you want to achieve.
• Prepare a list of your basic “program”:  include number of staff desks, number of private offices, number and size of meeting rooms, and other needs.
