Alan Bernier, CEO and Co-Founder Alan is responsible for marketing and product strategy. His background in tech and commercial real estate presaged the early conception of Rofo, the new commercial real estate search site that offers a modern and efficient way for business to search for space and connect with professionals to execute a move.Prior to starting Rofo, Alan spent five years as a commercial real estate broker in the San Francisco Bay Area. His tech experience includes sales leadership and business development positions with start-up Informative and GE Healthcare. Alan has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Vermont Garrett Krueger, Co-Founder and VP Business Development Garrett is responsible for Rofo's sales as well as the collection and maintenance of fresh and up-to-date content.Garrett and Alan met while both working as commercial real estate brokers in the San Francisco Bay Area. Garrett's focus was on representing businesses in the leasing of commercial property. After seeing the consistent challenges faced by entrepreneurs and small business in navigating the real estate process, Garrett's idea for Rofo was born. Garrett has a B.A. in Finance from Syracuse University and is close to finalizing his MBA at the University of San Francisco. Honor Gunday, VP Product Development Honor leads the tech team to make sure Rofo is the most innovative and usable commercial real estate search experience in the marketplace. Honor brings his product strategy and usability experience with early stage technology companies to the team. At Expedia, he worked with 12 cruise lines and unified them on a single platform and launched the Cruise product. His knowledge of aggregating listings and creating an intuitive search experience for travel was a natural fit for the commercial real estate search business. Honor graduated from Stanford with a B.S in STS/Technology Management. |
