Posted Needs - Get involved with the Space Needs section of Rofo. This is where active tenants post their needs and you can submit listing ideas. Add Your Listings - Your listings will be seen by ALL visitors to Rofo. No one has to subscribe and no listings are hidden. Qualified tenants will contact you directly via email with their space requirements.
Become An Expert - Contribute articles, answer questions, write reviews and even submit a video (for a space, neighborhood, etc).
How We Charge
Our fees are based on your success. For any tenant leads from Rofo that result in a commission for you, we charge a standard referral fee (and yes, Rofo has a brokerage license). It's that simple. There are no upfront fees and no subscriptions.
