restaurant/ coffee/ bakery/ cafe retail- wholesale or?

Description:
This was a Pizza place, is all set up with ovens, freezer, fridges, 2 hoods, stove, walk in fridge, good street presence, needs a big clean up to operate again. It is about 1200 square feet on 2 levels,
( 4 feet) floor difference in part of the space. Is a great opportunity for someone to have a short term ( about 1.5 years) trial on a lease to see if you can make a go of something in the food industry. The last business didn't work out and I am left with the space, I would consider some type of partnership depending on idea, experience, etc. Rent is cheap, much less than it was. $ 2500/ month, and all inside comes with. It will take very little money to get going again.
The catch....I will be doing a major renovation on the building and it will require the space to be shut down in about 1.5 years...the good news is that if all works out, then we can work out a future deal after all is complete.
