METROPOLITAN CAPITAL ADVISORS ARRANGES JOINT VENTURE TO ACQUIRE TOWN VILLAGE RETIREMENT COMMUNITY IN OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA Dallas, Texas-based Metropolitan Capital Advisors arranged a joint venture partnership to facilitate the acquisition of Town Village, a 183-unit retirement community located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. MCA arranged a joint venture partnership between WindRiver Companies and South Bay Partners. Both firms are Dallas-based real estate companies specializing in the senior housing industry. Town Village was purchased from a Lender that foreclosed on the property in early 2009. MCA negotiated the purchase of the property on behalf of WindRiver and South Bay Partners as well as arranged new acquisition financing from the Seller.  « less
