Bridging the heart of San Francisco with Mission Bay, China Basin offers 920,000 rentable square feet, just across the street from AT&T Park. In fact this is the first time in the US that the base isolation system has been used in a mid-structure situation.

A landscaped, central courtyard runs the full length of the buildings, and features a cafe with an on-site bakery and covered seating. This open-air courtyard provides an informal outdoor meeting area as well as convenient access to the six building lobbies. Numerous on-site amenities include a continuous weekday shuttle service to the Financial District and BART, showers, and a bicycle storage room. Behind the scenes, a skilled management team backed by a full engineering, janitorial, and security staff, provides timely, tenant-oriented service and support. China Basin enjoys the most convenient access to public and private transit alternatives in Mission Bay. The complex is located within minutes of virtually all Bay Area public transportation systems, including MUNI, BART, Caltrans, and the Transbay Terminal. It is also served by major freeways.
