Why Space Needs is a Must for Businesses and Brokers

Whats all this fuss about the Space Needs section of the site?  It's only the greatest tool that will change your life by saving you copious amounts of time!  Seriously!  If you are a user that has a need for a new office all you need to do is post your need into the space needs section.  It doesn't matter how big or small the space is, there is always a space out there that fits your need.  Once you post the space, the only thing you need to do is wait to be contacted by either another user with extra space or a broker who has space to offer.  It's as easy as that.  You barely need to get your hands dirty.  If you are a broker or a user with extra space, Space Needs should be your homepage.  All of these needs are leases waiting to be signed.  Comb the needs and send a proposal when necessary.  The users who posted the needs want a home as much as you want somebody to fill that home.  Its like online dating but less awkward!
