What to Look For When Leasing Space in a Green Building

Read a great article about things to look out for when it comes to signing a lease in a green building.  As I have said in my previous posts, there are a lot of old and new buildings that are fighting for that LEED certification and not many tenants know what to look out for when they lease space in one of these buildings.  I would highly recommend reading this article.  Although it's brief, it has some great information and should be a must read for any tenant that might be looking to lease green space in the future, or any broker who could be dealing with one of these tenants.
