Other requirements: We need a minimum of 4 rooms. One room must be at least 18ft by 30 ft with at least 12 ft high ceilings. We also need a small reception room/area between entrance to main room and entrance to suite. We also need a 10ft by 10ft storage room off of the main room and at least one private office (preferably accessed through the reception area). The space must be located in Berkeley within the boundaries of the Enterprise Zone and be ADA accessible. A ground level unit with direct access to the street is preferred. We are looking to sign a 5 year lease starting September 1st, 2010.
