Generation E Technologies is another client of ours that is growing in spite of the slow economy. Gen E owns and markets its own proprietary software as well as being a re-seller for IBM. We first represented them in a lease for 1,516 SF at this location. They quickly grew into 2,263, then added 1,916 SF of sublease space (converting to direct space this May). Our next transaction was helping them add the 2,508 SF referenced above. It is possible they will need another 2,000 SF later this year. In each transaction we succeeded in locking in lower, below market rental rates, and securing a turnkey buildout of the improvements.  « show less
