Tartan Properties has successfully completed a leasing transaction with Port City Brewing, after an exhaustive nine month search of possible sites for his new business. PCB founder Bill Butcher attended TC Williams High School and is a fourth generation resident of Alexandria, VA. He has recently shifted his focus from wine to craft beers, and has chosen the new location of his brewery at 3950 Wheeler Avenue, formerly the Capital Lighting & Supply building. Mr. Butcher hopes to have his beers available to restaurants and retail shops by Christmas time, as well as an open and lively tasting room in the 22,000 sf facility.  « show less
