"We first met Charity Middleton when we called the Murney Associates office back in 2002 to look for a new house. She WOWED us by her knowledge of the area and we found the best house not in a subdivision and on almost an acre lot in Republic. 8 years later we decided to move to W. Virgina to be closer to our children and we called Charity to list our house. She not only had it sold in 3 months time but got us the asking price we needed and helped the buyers with providing them a home warranty at her cost, and they even were not her clients.
