i am looking to rent a small office to hang my dealers license. I will most likely be selling one or two at most cars per month so this office will mainly serve as the actual place where i can hang my license as required by law. I will not work on any cars at the premises so oil and other toxic waste will not be an issue. All i need is 3 parking spots which will be empty most of the time and that the office be zoner "retail" and allow to have my "dealer". It will be a small scale project so the smaller the better/
