Sublease a spacious Sausalito office in a newly remodeled suite in the Industrial Center Building, ICB, located at 480 Gate Five Road. It is on the first floor and gets lots of natural sunlight. There is approximately 2250 square feet, that accommodates 4 semi private offices, 7 workstations, a kitchen with sitting area and conference room that could also be an Executive office. You could also add additional cubicles as there is a bit of open area.

Some existing work stations and furniture is available. The available work stations are adjustable, and can either be enlarged or reduced, all depending on your needs. Each station has 4 CAT-5 connections and a 4 plug terminal for power. The server room is a shared with us (the prevailing tenants, as we sit across the hall in another suite). The server room is secured (number pad entry). The kitchen may be shared as well (TBN).

We also have a phone system that will allow for easy integration into your business. You will be able to have your number(s) will multiple configuration options.

We are looking to sublease to those preferably in the internet media or ecommerce industry, because we are also in that industry. We will also consider subleasing by individual or smaller groups not needing the entire space.

Additionally we have another space across the hall with warehouse and storage and would be willing to consider some of that space if you need it as well.

Lease length of 1 to 4 years @ 2.35 per ft plus utilities.
