There are contiguous workstations available - either on on a month-to-month ( 6 mo min.) or annual basis — in a terrific, highly desirable, renovated and seismically upgraded building - the historically significant Allied Box Factory.
Each plug 'n play station measures approx. 7' x 9' X 7', is custom, architecturally-designed, and set within a large, open, high ceilings, original timber columns, and beautifully lit and comfortable space. Top level DSL / Internet is included and discreet e-outlets are built into each station which houses the customdesigned, oversized L- shapped desk, shelving, file cabinet and ergonomic chair. Handicap access/ADA, 24/7 security, responsive landlord.

In addition to the workstations, meeting and kitchen ( refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) areas are available. Copy, Fax Machine and access to a B&W printer is included in rent. Landline phone lines are available for activation, if needed, at no additional charge. Also available is access to a beautiful and relaxing garden is included which has proven wonderful for small informal meetings and lunch.
Location: The dynamic and fun area of Media Gulch ( boundary area of SOMA, Potrero Hill and the Mission,) walking distance to an ever growing and dynamic community and fun places such as Stable, Slo Club, Universal Cafe, Atlas Cafe, La Taqueria, Tartine, Luna Park, Delfina as well as KQED and BAVC. Rent is $375 per work station, per month. A higher rental fee is dependent upon whether or not you prefer a a month-to-month lease ( six month minimum) or a year lease ( $375) . A stable, uniform, all-inclusive monthly utility fee is an Xtra.
