Bridging the heart of San Francisco with Mission Bay, China Basin offers 920,000 rentable square feet, just across the street from AT&T Park. We have just completed the addition of two new stories on top of one of our buildings adding 175,000sf to the campus. With the new addition we are also building all new lobbies, common areas and a newly paved courtyard. The original building was a warehouse built in 1922 comprised of six stories and 500,000sf.
