Fenton Communications is the largest public interest communications firm in the country. In partnership with our clients, Fenton has contributed to some of the defining movements of the past quarter century, from the dismantling of apartheid in South Africa to heightened public awareness of global warming and toxic emissions to the dramatic rise of Internet-based activism that is changing the face of politics.

Office and Location: We have five offices and six cubicles available. We are looking for like-minded subtenants to fill these spaces.

Our offices are located at 182 Second Street (at Howard). Great location, next to Bart/Muni/Transbay Terminal, lots of food choices nearby. We occupy the fourth floor of a five-story building.

Costs: two interior offices with sidelights: $500

All rents are on a month-to-month basis. We require a security deposit equal to one month’s rent when the lease is signed. Rent includes utilities along with an alarm system, filtered drinking water and our T1 internet connection. The subtenant is responsible for installing their own phone and fax lines. If necessary, reception services can be negotiated.

Common areas: The subtenants will share the bathrooms and break room/kitchen (with dishwasher) with Fenton at no extra charge. If he/she needs additional meeting space, we will negotiate access to the conference room.

Insurance: The subtenant must have insurance with a liability limit of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence or $2,000,000 aggregate.
