Location: The site is located on the south-side of Malabar Road SW, approximately 3 miles west of Minton Road SW. Nearby there are existing public schools at all grade levels to serve the community. The Palm Bay West Regional Shopping Center is located at the
Malabar/Minton Road intersection. Just over 2 miles further east is the Malabar Road/Interstate 95 interchange. The interstate is the major north-south artery along Florida’s east coast and provides excellent access to employment centers and other services in the nearby coastal communities. To the north, I-95 connects to the Beachline Expressway providing access to central Florida.
