The underground parking is very convenient, but expensive unless your employer is paying for it. Otherwise, there are $12 to $15 per day outdoor lots about 4 blocks away. Despite the 70s-style architecture (think heavy concrete), E3 is a modern and pleasant place to work. The views are amazing, especially if you work above the 10th floor, and provide almost unobstructed views of the Bay, the Bay Bridge and downtown SF depending on how high up you are. Like most of downtown, lunchtime food options tend to be mediocre, but plentiful. A lot of tenants eat lunch on the lawns near Justin Herman plaza when the weather is nice. The mid-level tiers of the Embarcaderos provide benches and tables where you can also eat lunch. The bottom and mid levels of the Embarcaderos have stores and restaurants and other services (e.g. a fitness center and post office), which makes working in that area even more convenient. | 07.08.2008 05:43 PM |
