In a proposed lease agreement prepared by the landlord's attorneys, they are requesting the right to review, with 15 days written notice, my internal financial statements. After asking for the section's removal landlord said it could not. Normal??

Pretty normal to have it in there. The headache of producing the statements whenever a landlord deems fit seems like it could be time consuming. Maybe push back and ask to limit the number of times the landlord can request the financials per year.
